Hours - 36 hours a week 8am-8pm

Diversity Care Solutions, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Worthing area.

Diversity is a specialist provider of complex care in the home, working with adults and children to support them with life limiting and life threatening conditions. Our care is led by Trained Nurses with over three decades of combined experience in the NHS, community and private sectors, which has developed our commitment to delivering the highest levels of person-centred care.

You will be spending you time with our client who lives in their own home and support will all aspect of their daily routine.

Your day to day activities may include:

- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Record Keeping
