**Digital CRO Executive**
to support the Marketing team and campaign stakeholders with the strategy, planning, activation, and analysis of all website experience tests.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Define and build a continuous CRO plan, to encourage optimum website engagement rates, and ensuring experiences aren’t negatively impacting the site
- Proactive analysis of data to define improvement recommendations
- Collects ideas and builds into a prioritised experience plan
- Use website experience and testing tools to create, test, and launch all website CRO experiences
- Update and build experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Supports commercial teams in delivering AOV and LPO growth across all digital purchase journeys
- Support acquisition team in creating new business journeys which deliver lead quantity and value targets
- Creation of new and relevant journeys which promote product, range, category, and supplier stories
- Show personalised customer messages adding relevance and consistency of journey
- Support an agile approach to digital CX updates
- Analyse experience results providing reports and insight to be circulated to team and business stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced CRO professional with front end coding experience, HTML, CSS and JavaScript using jQuery, who has a passion for creating engaging digital customer journeys. You’ll also have a working knowledge of website content managementsystems and website personalisation tools, MySQL databases, while not essential would also be advantageous. A creative thinker with an analytical mind, you’re able to solve problems with data, turn data to insight and are confident in producing meaningfulreports. Organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing team in a rapidly evolving business
