Job title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a contract starting ASAP?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for two reliable Accounts Payable Clerks in Swindon. This post will be based mainly at home, but you will also have access to the team base in Swindon and will be required to travel to Swindon when required (roughly one day a week). This well-respected academy trust is seeking two temporary members of staff to join their accounts payable team for approximately 6 months, but this could become a permanent position for the right person.

**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Processing invoices
- Good excel/cloud/IT skills
- Processing orders or chasing orders from schools
- Liaising with internal staff in our schools for information or chasing documents
- Liaising with external suppliers in all aspects of an AP day
- Need to be within a commutable distance from Swindon 1 day a week
