**JOB TITLE**: Marketing Assistant

**SALARY**: Up to £25,000 (pro-rata) per annum DOE

**HOURS**: 20 per week

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Social Media Management**: Maintain and update Radfield Home Care’s social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including scheduling posts, responding to enquiries and engaging with the online community.
- **Content Creation**: Create digital content, such as blog posts, press releases, case studies and newsletters, to promote services and job opportunities.
- **Care Professional Recruitment**: Work closely with the operations team to assist in recruitment efforts for care professionals by promoting job opportunities and conducting introductory recruitment calls.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, including social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign results.

**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the growth of Radfield Home Care in Yorkshire by coordinating marketing efforts, community engagement, and recruitment initiatives.

Based in our York office with occasional travel within the local area, you will take a proactive approach to promoting our services to potential clients, care professionals, and community partners. Strong communication skills—both face-to-face and digital— as well as an energetic approach are essential.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working in a marketing role or similar (internships or part-time roles considered)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

This role will be suitable with anyone looking to start a career in marketing or someone who is looking for their first marketing and recruitment role after University or an Internship.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
