As we continue to grow, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Internal Account Co Ordinator.
The role holder will be office based at our Chorley HQ and will be required to maintain existing accounts, develop new ones, promote our services, and drive the business forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Approaching new accounts and potential leads by telephone with the prospective to establish a customer relationship.
- Maintaining and growing existing accounts and building client relationships.
- Driving the business forward and achieving sales / growth targets.
- Promoting the full range of our services including hire, sales and training.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within the plant & tool hire industry is essential
- Confident and customer focused with a real passion for sales
- Outstanding telephone communication skills
- Results driven with high level organizational skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work under pressure and easily adapt to any operational changes
- Computer literate, including the ability to use excel at an intermediate / advanced level
- A tool or plant hire background (Construction site related, equipment hire/sales, builders merchant/construction products) would be advantageous
