**Cotteswold Dairy** are looking for **Chilled Warehouse Operatives**to join their team based in **Tewkesbury.** You will be working on a **full-time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive rate of 10.70 per hour plus benefits.**

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 shift pattern. There is also potential for overtime (if you are required to work over 40 hours per week, you will be paid an overtime rate of 1.25)

**The Chilled Warehouse Operative role**:
This is a vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are picked accurately and ready to be delivered to our customers across the UK. Working as part of a team, the individual must be able to work quickly and maintain a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities of our Chilled Warehouse Operative include**:

- Accurately picking customer orders;
- Completing stock rotations;
- Continually replenishing the stock;
- Ensuring safe constraint and security of the loads on the vehicle;
- Keeping the Chilled Warehouse clean at all times, providing a safe working environment;
- Performing any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff.

**Skills and attributes, we’re looking for in our Chilled Warehouse Operative**:
**Essential**:

- Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communication skills;
- A positive attitude with high levels of commitment, motivation and flexibility;
- An eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
- Strong numeracy skills;
- The ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in the dairy or similar food production sector.
