Clinical Lead

The position offers the opportunity to contribute at a senior level to the multi disciplinary team in the delivery of a high quality, evidence based, patient centred care to individuals with on-going mental health needs. The service has an ethos and philosophy surrounding the principles of recovery focused care.
We are looking for someone who has a drive and passion for Recovery focused care and can demonstrate effective leadership and change management skills.
As the post holder you will be expected to bring leadership to the ward team and will demonstrate an ability of working to a high standard and achieving quality patient care, whilst supporting the Ward Manager and deputising as necessary.
Providing clinical leadership to junior staff including providing clinical and managerial supervision.
Working effectively as a team member and within the Multi-disciplinary team in patients care and treatment planning and improving patient experience in line with our clinical governance standards.
Undertaking and evaluating clinical audits and having an active role in the implementation of change.
You will be encouraged and supported to access a wide range of training and development opportunities.
Evidence of personal professional development must be clearly demonstrated
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
