Due to continual growth a firm of Independent Financial Adviser's are looking for an administrator to join a small admin team to provide support with the administration of Pensions and Investments.
**Duties**:
Reception Duties - Answering calls, taking messages
Opening and distributing post
Typing letters - i.e Mortgage Suitability letters
Obtaining supporting document from clients when processing requests for pensions and investments
Basic reporting, fact finding information on products
**Experience**:
Must have administrative experience gained in a similar environment
Experience in Pension, investments or mortgage administration would be an advantage
Be a proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Be willing to learn and develop
An excellent telephone manner
This is an office based role working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
