**Job summary**:
This post is at the heart of the dynamic Logistic Policy and Plans Team within Assistant Chief of Staff (ACOS) Logistics’ portfolio within the Support Enterprise of Headquarters Field Army.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:
Within this role you will:

- Manage and oversee the provision of required and workable programme processes, documentation and Information Management.
- Conduct in person liaison with delivery teams and allied stakeholders in Abbey wood, Bristol. Typically, one day a week.
- Act as the focal point for the maintenance of Land Environment Sustainability Planning Assumptions (LESPAs).

Person specification:

- Have good communication skills, capable of delivering clear written and verbal briefings in order to minimise false assumptions from stakeholders.
- Have analytical skills to seek and analyse information and data to inform decisions based on best available evidence to identify efficacy and efficiency measures where appropriate.
- Be able to work with stakeholders from across HQ Field Army and affiliated organisations.
- The individual will be required to exercise sound judgement as they will regularly act on behalf of the wider Field Army Logistic Branch.

Desirable criteria:

- P3M qualification
- Driving Licence (position requires one day a week in the Bristol Office)
