This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global science and technology company who truly are leaders in their field. This is a hybrid role offering 2 days a week in their High Wycombe office (Tuesday and Thursday) and working from home for 3 days.

The Senior Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing orders, expediting and coordinating the flow of work within their team and between internal departments. This role will deliver operational excellence to help them achieve their revenuegoals. This position acts as a role model and a key point of contact, implementing best practices and leading continuous improvement activities to enhance customer experience.

Salary £33,000 per annum with fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, hybrid working, and a very generous pension contribution.

**Duties**:

- Monitor and analyse quality, productivity, turn-around-time related to order management, complaints management, invoice management
- Provide analytical customer related reports to management, sales and customers as needed and take pro-active actions where required
- Troubleshoot and analyse complex problems including escalation
- Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures demonstrating excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data
- Lead and monitor digital order processing
- Track orders to delivery, problem solve delivery issues and strive for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely capturing and resolution of complaints
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice management and dispute resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit notes
- Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues and responding to order status enquiries
- Implement and lead initiatives and projects to support a customer centric organisation
- Act as a referent in Order Management activities across EMEA
- Take the lead in the daily meetings to drive improvements in key metrics
- Coach other team members to effectively utilise problem solving methodology
- Team with other departments to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance to internal policies

Skills and experience required:

- Relevant work experience in a fast-paced Order Management role
- An additional European language would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information
- Outgoing and positive team player
- Previous experience with SAP as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
