**About the Role**

This isn’t your average gym job. As part of our close-knit, high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Bowfield experience — combining great service, fitness expertise, and attention to detail in everything you do.

**You’ll**:
Take pride in keeping our club immaculate, safe and welcoming for members and guests.
Connect with members on the gym floor — offering guidance, support and motivation.
Deliver exceptional service through every interaction.
Be ready to grow your own client base and personal training business within the club.
This is a great opportunity for someone newly qualified at Level 3 who’s excited to develop and learn in a supportive, premium environment — or for someone experienced who’s ready for a fresh challenge in a club that puts service and people first.

**You’ll Love This Role If You**

Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or are close to completing it).
