The role involves supporting younger adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a small ( maximum 6 bedroom) residential setting. Vacancies in Cardiff and Barry, full time, part time or relief.

As well as helping with personal care in some cases (washing, dressing, toileting, etc) you will be supporting our residents to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g. cooking, cleaning, shopping, going to the gym, days out, leisure activities.

You will be expected to look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of those we support using a person centred approach, promoting their choice, independence and dignity.

A driving licence would be useful, and passion and commitment are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.90-£10.75 per hour
