The new London location will also include 9x by APN, an elite group fitness and personal training boutique. The company’s proprietary telehealth app, APN Connection, will be available to provide virtual therapy and group support.

**Job summary**

The receptionist will greet, assist and direct service users when accessing the service in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Alongside offering reception/administrative service to support the efficient running of the service, the postholder will provide general assistance to the team as required.

The postholder will report to the Director of Operations, quality and compliance.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Duties can include but are not limited to the following:
**Reception/administrative**- Greet and book in all arrivals promptly (service users and any other visitors to the clinic) and ensure that they are treated in a courteous, pleasant, timely and efficient manner, and directed accordingly.-
- To work in accordance with protocols and procedures of the clinic.-
- Deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.-
- Explain clinic arrangements and formal requirements to new service users and ensure procedures are completed.-
- Ensure that all new service users are registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately.-
- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.-
- Manage the diary of the clinic, ensuring the efficient coordination of dates, times and rooms and the effective scheduling and prioritisation of appointments, meetings and other associated events and functions.-
- Ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of computerised databases and paper filing systems through the timely and accurate updating of associated records.-
- Enter service user information on to the computer as required.
