**Client Details**

Page Personnel are supporting a busy housing organisation with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a small HR Team.

This role is a home-based role with occasional travel around the Midlands/Lincolnshire.

**Description**

Reporting to a Senior HRBP, the role of HR Business Partner will provide expert HR advise to a wide range of stakeholders and business units.

This will include but not limited to:

- Managing employee relations to ensure legislative compliance and best practice
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives such as well being, engagement and DEI
- Coaching managers to support their development in capability and behaviours in alignment with company vision and values
- Supporting the development of a Reward and Recognition proposition
- Work with Senior Leadership teams to embed a high-performance culture within the organisation
- Organisation Design
- Change management projects such as TUPE
- People management - support the building of management capability and guide through employee relations cases to successful resolution.
- Performance Management - embed the performance management culture and oversee the annual process as a means of driving business improvement.
