Restaurant Supervisor

The Crown Hotel, Bar and Grill currently has an opening for an Restaurant Supervisor.

The Grill is a busy vibrant restaurant the menu features a strong representation of local Cheshire, North Wales and regional produce. As a family owned and run business we pride ourselves on fostering a close knit team who care passionately about the business and customers. We also like to recognise team members with potential and offer staff the ability to develop and further their career with progression through the business. All of the current senior team have progressed internally.

Good organisation and leadership skills

Good food and drink knowledge

Be passionate about high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Be passionate about hospitality and keen to progress within the industry

Previous leadership experience within a restaurant environment

Support the General Manager in ensuring we are constantly providing exceptional service whilst being busy and under pressure.

You will also ensure staff are meeting the high expectations of our service standards

You will be keen to share ideas and ways to improve the turnover and profitability of the restaurant.

We are seeking individuals who have the ability to thrive in a busy environment and can consistently promote our company standards and ethos.
