Cranham Garage Ltd a Family owned and run company for over 40 years, looking for a new Receptionist/Administrator to run our fast paced front desk.
**1 Position Available
**(4 days per week).
**Monday-Thursday (8am-6pm)
**OT & holiday cover sometimes available
**£10.50 per hour

**Duties Include**
- Daily opening of premises
- You will be the first point of contact for customers on the phone and in person.
- Taking Phone & Online bookings
- Invoicing on Excel
- Taking Customer Payments
- Pricing & Quoting customers
- Greeting customers in/out of reception
- Liaising with technicians and customers regarding their vehicle
- Primarily office based with regular workshop visits required to liaise with technicians.
- Ordering Parts, Tyres & related items
- Logging Warranty Service Work onto manufacturers digital platforms
- Updating Database, Sending Out Service/MOT Reminders
- Keeping reception area tidy & presentable
- Collecting Customer Vehicles When Required
- Undertaking Company Banking & ordering office stationary
**(Full Training Will Be Given).
***Skills required: Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel & Outlook required, General PC & Online skills a must, A good and Professional phone manner is required, Writing & Numeracy skills, Full UK Driving Licence. Vehicle knowledge very beneficial but not required.**
