Greensleeves Care is now seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to lead the marketing team and deliver campaigns to support the growth of the business. In this integral role, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development in leadingthe development and implementation of the Greensleeves Care corporate marketing and communications strategies.

This position has one direct line report (Communications and Engagement Officer) and will be based at Greensleeves Care Head Office in Cheapside, London. However, there will be occasional travel required to Greensleeves Care Homes.

**The Role**

As Head of Marketing and Communications, you will develop and deliver a profile-raising strategy for Greensleeves Care to ensure a proactive approach to raising the Trust's profile across external media channels. You will be key to building on the Trust'sreputation, significantly raising our profile to assist the homes in increasing occupancy.

Leading and advising on major Trust-wide marketing and communications initiatives; you will work with internal stakeholders from Home Manager to Divisional Director, to manage effective relationships and ensure cohesive delivery across the Trust.

In addition, you will lead the development of and maximise engagement with, Greensleeves Care owned and paid channels. You will have the opportunity to lead on content creation for online and offline channels; ensuring consistency with communications andthat the Greensleeves Care brand is understood and consistently applied across the whole business.
- A creative and pro-active marketing and communications professional.
- A track record of initiating and delivering marketing and communications strategies in a not-for-profit (or business to consumer) environment
- Familiar with digital marketing, social media, and website management
- Strong awareness of Google ranking best practices and managing SEO campaigns
- Significant experience in leading and developing marketing and communications teams
- Understanding of budget management.
- An excellent communicator, with strong negotiation and copywriting skills,
- Proven success in growing a brand and raising the profile of an organisation using a variety of marketing and communications techniques.
