**Position**: Air and Ocean Import/Export Operators

**Salary: £**40,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

**Location**: Leeds, England

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire import/export process for air and ocean shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Ensure accurate documentation is obtained and processed in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide timely updates on shipment status
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments
- Ensure compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements
- Utilize CargoWise to manage and track all shipments

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in air and ocean import/export operations
- Proficiency in CargoWise
- Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
