**Working Hours: 37.5 per week**

Shift is 7:00am - 7:30pm Thursday to Saturday on, a rest day on Sunday, then Monday to Wednesday on, and then seven days off.

**Join Our Team as a Cleaning Operative**

Are you a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety? We are currently seeking a Cleaning Operative to support cleaning activities across our factory and office environments.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Cleaning production and office areas, keeping all spaces tidy and safe.
- Using industrial and telescopic cleaning equipment to clean floors and high-level areas.
- Ensuring walkways are always free from debris.
- Removing waste and recycling from all areas, including canteen and offices. Operating indoor and outdoor compactors.
- Carrying out additional cleaning duties as directed by Team Leaders.
- Following all health and safety procedures, including hazard signage.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic numeracy and literacy.
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a factory environment
- Comfortable with physical tasks including waste and recycling disposal.

**You’ll Need To**:

- Wear protective clothing in accordance with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations.
- Work well with other cleaning staff, team leaders, engineers, and office personnel.
- Maintain a consistent and high standard of cleanliness throughout all workspaces.
