**Senior Brand Designer**

At Virgin Experience Days we’re leading the way of experience gifting.

On a day-to-day basis you could be producing assets for Virgin Experience Days website, directing and assisting on a photoshoot with our in-house photographer, all the way to developing new packaging.

You’ll be the brand guardian for the business, ensuring all designs are kept on-brand and to a high quality - all whilst keeping the brand fresh and exciting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading vision for brand campaign creative
- Producing creative for Virgin Experience Days + Virgin Experience Gifts
- Working with the rest of the design team to share ideas
- Produce ad-hoc creative based on other needs, such as packaging, brochures, event collateral, as an example
- Foster design culture within the team and wider business

**Requirements**:

- Master of the adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- A strong portfolio of relevant work
- Experience designing multi-channel campaigns
- Experience of briefing and working with multiple stakeholders from around the business, and keeping them up to date with updates
- Experience of working in an e-commerce environment is beneficial
- Experience of working with video (editing, motion) is beneficial
- Experience managing or mentoring other creatives also beneficial

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Location: Bourne End (Hybrid), or Remote (UK based)
