Salary £16,000 - £22,000 with generous bonus scheme allowing unlimited OTE
- Marketing properties
- Negotiating tenancies
- Viewings
- Inspections
- Maintenance administration

**Requirements**:

- Full driving licence
- Own car that can be used for business travel
- Experience in industry
- Drive and ambition
- Flexible work hours to do viewings including occassionally on Saturday mornings.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Downham Market: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
