**About the store**

Specsavers in Arnold first opened its doors as an optical business in 1989 before adding audiology in 2015. The store sits in a prominent position close to the city centre and is firmly embedded within the local community. The loyal and growing customer base includes members of the large local retirement community, many shoppers from the nearby market, Asda and Sainsburys, in addition to significant passing trade from all walks of life. Nottinghamshire is great place to live and work.

- all fully equipped with the latest clinical technology including Otoscopes, Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) and speech-in-noise tests meaning you will have everything you need to perform hearing tests to the highest possible standards.

A team of over 40 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home, which include 8 optometry clinicians and 5 Audiology clinicians. The existing Partners are really passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Audiology Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

**Requirements of the role**

You’ll need to be a qualified and HCPC-registered audiologist, and much more. You’ll be tenacious, committed, and passionate about changing lives through better hearing.
