**Job Purpose**: The PMO Lead will have responsibility for the programme planning, delivery and governance of Transformation programmes across Chubb Overseas General (COG). They will work with the key Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance and IT enablement leads across COG to ensure control of scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and program operating standards. They will work across of the COG regions, EMEA, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Japan & Life to ensure control of scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and program operating standards. They will be the primary interface for the PMO office and ensure interdependencies, risks and issues are defined and managed collaboratively. Aligning projects to strategy Aligning projects to the organizational divisions that they are creating value for Enterprise-wide communication plans for overall program benefits Bringing together technology, people and processes in a cohesive team Establishing effective governance and controls in the programmes to promote best practices for delivering value at required pace e.g., benefits realisation process, funding request process etc. Harmonizing data available in the organisation to distil and drive insights for senior management to create top line and bottom-line benefits and improve customer and employee experience Assessing the current state of initiatives relative to market conditions and organisation strategies, identifying the areas of focus and change Recommend potential solutions that reflect voice of customers and can be executed in the desired and attainable timeframe and budget The PMO Lead position will report directly into the COG Transformation Leader. **Qualifications Key Experience**: Significant experience in the management of projects and/or programmes of increasing complexity and global reach > $25 million dollars. Programme Management, Project Planning & Control, Project Risk Management & Budgetary control as a core competence Ability to dealing with ambiguity and learn on the fly Ability to manage through systems & execute strategy Strong capabilities in pro-active management of a program Strong experience in managing key stakeholders Experience in large business transformation programmes preferred Six Sigma and equivalent certification preferred Flexible Working We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
