**The Yorkshire Clinic - Endoscopy Manager** **Hours: Full Time 37.5** **Salary - Competitive** The Yorkshire Clinic provides high-quality healthcare working with leading Consultants to offer a range of services and treatments for preventing, diagnosing and treating medical conditions and offer a wide range of complex surgery and services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Endoscopy Manager to lead our high-performing endoscopy unit. This is a pivotal role responsible for the operational and strategic management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with JAG accreditation standards. As an effective, compassionate and visible leader you will drive the operational success of the team clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide strategic and operational leadership to the endoscopy team. - Ensure compliance with JAG standards and support the unit’s accreditation and re-accreditation processes. - Oversee service delivery, workforce planning, and resource management. - Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support innovation and service development. **Qualifications & Experience** - Registered Nurse (NMC) with relevant clinical qualifications. - Demonstrable experience in endoscopy or a related acute care setting. - Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment. - Evidence of continuing professional development in leadership, management, or clinical practice. **Essential Skills & Knowledge** - In-depth understanding of JAG accreditation standards and endoscopy governance frameworks. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Competence in managing budgets, rotas, and service performance metrics. - Commitment to patient-centred care and staff development. - Experience in management of list utilisation, activity and efficient staff resource. - Commercial and financial knowledge of healthcare activities. - Experience of business and activity growth - Academic and analytical in report writing - Previous experience of line managing clinical departments - Proven experience working in a leadership role - Organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate workload effectively and respond to the needs of the department and the hospital - Change management skills - Excellent IT skills **About Us**: We are Ramsay Health Care UK.
