**Rotating Shifts: Monday - Friday, 06:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm (40 hours per week, 37.5 hours paid)**

**£23,439.00 per annum**

**£125.00 monthly discretionary performance bonus after successful completion of probationary period (£1,500.00 per annum)**

**Are you looking for a new role within the Warehouse Industry?**

Hannah Foods are looking for several **full-time, permanent, Goods in Operatives** to join our family-run business based in our local depot in **Skelmersdale. **The Goods in Operatives are responsible for accurately checking incoming stock deliveries from our suppliers and ensuring the stock is stored in the correct locations.

**A competitive yearly rate of £23,439.00 plus a £125.00 monthly discretionary bonus.**

We operate as a national wholesale and foodservice distribution business. Hannah's have a custom-built distribution premise with an **integrated cold store and chiller **and offer a wide range of **products including frozen, chilled, grocery, butchery and non-food items.**

**This job role includes**:

- Manage the receipt of all incoming goods, ensuring all goods are accurately checked and recorded correctly.
- Ensure the correct products and quantities are received.
- Ensure the stock is put away into the correct location.
- Complete any goods in paperwork accurately.
- Report damaged or missing goods to the Warehouse Office.
- Ensure all defected goods are moved to the quarantine area.
- Ensuring the goods in area is always kept in clean and tidy.
- Comply with Health and Safety legislation and internal Warehouse procedures.
- Operating relevant MHE (including PPTs or Reach Trucks) safely and following internal procedures.
- Assist with the Warehouse picking teams as and when required.

**About you**:

- Experience within a Warehouse environment **(Desired)**
- In Date Reach truck license (Essential)
- Be able to work in both the onsite freezer and chiller **(PPE is provided)**
- Good attendance
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player and be able to work alone.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good numerical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24,939.00 per year
