- Have great knowledge of classic cocktails and be able to execute any requested cocktails within the capacity of our Bar
- Have good Barista skills
- Remains calm under pressure
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
- Adhere to and maintaining cleaning checklists.
- Be a passionate, efficient and good team player
