**What we’re looking for?**
We’re looking for a superhero, in other terms we need someone to help quality assurance the sales calls that team make and be our superstar administrator.
As the QA you will be tasked to randomly audit and QA sales leads to ensure that compliance is being met and the customer is getting a fair deal. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and feedback your findings on a weekly basis.
Being a superstar administrator isn’t easy, this is because you will also be responsible for;
- Front of house duties
- Working out commission structure - owed to the sales team
- Ensuring data is being inputted into the system correctly
- Supporting the MD on daily tasks
This role will be a 50/50 split between QA and Administrator, this is why we need an individual who has clerical and administration experience. We will also consider anyone that has just finished University and wants to venture themselves into a new career.
**What are we offering**
This is a new position within the business, so we’re offering a basic starting salary of £20,000/£25,000 this will be very dependent on the individual and what they can bring to the table (Negotiable)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: One location
