We are a small Friendly Nursery looking for a part time Nursery administaror,

Duties will include
- Providing general administration to the Managemnet Team
- Maintaining Nursery documentation
- Creating and updating Buisness policies
- Organise workload to meet company and customer time frames
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- General Administration
- Entering invoice and customer details in to database within the allocated deadlines
- Expected to fulfil all relevant health and safety requirements, policies and procedures

**A criminal record check (DBS) is essential for this role**

**Requirements of the Administrator**:

- Possess at least 2 years experience or equivalent within a customer services office environment
- Based locally
- Good level of spoken English
- Have an excellent telephone manner with a proactive approach to customer services
- Conscientious approach with attention to detail as well as accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded
- Team player
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- Be able to demonstrate an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
- Ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.75 per hour
