**Accounts Assistant - Part Time (3days)**

**£up to £28,000 per annum pro rata + profit share bonus + pension + parking + 24 days generous holiday allowance + Bank Holidays, Private Medical after 1 year service and Xmas Business close**

**Office Hours; Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm or 9am - 5.30pm.**

Office Angels have teamed up with an award winning employer who are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is looking to utilise, develop or build on their accounting knowledge within a supportive and nurturing environment at their Head Office. - What will the role involve?_

You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager and the small accounts team with the following:

- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Processing company expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control and building relationships with customers
- Using Sage Line 50 and Excel on a daily basis - Training on in house system
- Various other ad-hoc tasks to support the accounts team
- What skills are we looking for?_
- Ideally you will have some relevant experience within a Finance / Accounts capacity, with particular skills within processing invoices and bank reconciliations.
- Strong communicator
- Capable user of Microsoft Excel for daily tasks / Sage Line 50 knowledge ideally.
- Good multitasker
