**We are looking for**

Qualified and confident Mental Health trainers/ life coaches, who have specialist knowledge and experience of delivering workshops on a variety of mental health and wellbeing topics, who are passionate about empowering, engaging and educating our service users via both virtual and face to face workshops, breaking down challenges and barriers to move them closer to employment.

**Duties will include**:

- Presentation preparation
- Face to face workshops
- Remote Video and Digital delivery of workshops
- Signposting

This is a hybrid role, involving remote working and in person workshop delivery throughout West and Central London. Ability to travel around London is a requirement. Client contact is estimated at approximately 80% of the working week for this role.

**Qualifications & Essential Criteria**

You will be an empathetic and confident communicator, have a range of clinical experience, engaging presentation skills, great problem-solving skills and ready to hit the ground running.

**Essential requirements include**:

- Minimum level 4 qualification in Health related field.
- Current registration with relevant professional body
- 2 years post qualifying.
- Ability to travel within a designated area
- Eligibility to work in the UK (unrestricted).
- Strong workshop delivery skills.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and experience of client management systems are a must
- Able to lone work & remote/ as part of a team.
- Home working facilities (IT equipment will be provided).
- Awareness/practice of health related legislation.
- Enhanced criminal record bureau check (Disclosure & Barring Check) - Working with vulnerable adults, youth and children.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
