LaplandUK is a one-of-a-kind immersive theatrical experience, created with Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals to bring a truly magical world to life.

Each year, this award-winning show sells out within hours and welcomes over 170,000 guests to its 30-acre enchanted forest. Our audience has even included stars such as Elton John and members of the Royal Family.

**Role Overview**

Ice skating is one of the most loved parts of a visit to Lapland, and our Ice Rink team play a key role in making sure ‘Father Christmas’ Frozen Pond’ is safe, smooth running and fun for everyone, no matter their age or ability.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing the safety of the ice rink and ensuring guests use the facility appropriately.
- Monitoring the condition of the ice throughout the day and maintaining it to a high standard.
- Issuing and collecting skates, while keeping guests’ personal belongings safe.
- Providing excellent guest service, solving issues quickly and always adding a touch of Lapland magic.

Capesthorne Hall, Congleton Road, Siddington, Macclesfield, SK11 9JY.

**Key Dates**
- **PAID TRAINING**: Mandatory training will take place on select dates between late October and early November 2025.
- **LIVE EVENT**: Tuesday 11 November - Wednesday 24 December 2025.
