- We are now looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 16 hours per week including weekends.
- The Role
- As a Maintenance Operative, you will carry out a range of maintenance tasks across our brand-new property in Sheffield with 95 lettable units.
- Ensuring all our residents, guests and contractors receive exceptional customer service and care, you will answer queries, presenting a professional and courteous approach as a face of the business.
- You will be a champion for maintaining high standards of site presentation, customer communication and resident safety by managing maintenance and repair activities and proactively engaging with all stakeholders.
- Additionally, you will:
- Supervise service contractors during their maintenance visits and call outs
- Conduct litter picking and refuse disposal
- Maintain landscaped areas and courtyards
- Manage up to date records and assist with admin

What we’re looking for - Experience in all areas of planned and reactive maintenance
- Experience managing a preventative maintenance plan
- A sound understanding of electrics, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance.
- To be able to deliver against customer needs.
- An awareness and understanding of Health and Safety and statutory compliance to ensure our residents can live comfortably in their homes.
