We are seeking a senior recruiter or current team leader who is looking to progress into a global role and take lead on all non-tech hiring.
Role Overview
- Leading and providing support, guidance, development and day to day management of Recruitment Partners and Coordinator roles.
- Supporting the TA Lead in strategic recruitment related project delivery and taking the lead on continuous improvement of processes, ways of working and localised projects.
- Be the principal Business Partner for recruitment across our non tech hiring.
- Challenging the way we do things, and in particular proactively seeking out new attraction methods that will enable the team to transition to a headhunting approach where required.
- Managing a high volume of vacancies and resource within the Team through good planning and time management flexing up and down to deal with key priorities.
- Continually developing and reviewing all existing Talent Acquisition methodologies and relentlessly identifying new sourcing opportunities with a focus on direct recruitment, to ensure that GSG are able to attract top talent at the best price, reducing agency and recruitment spend.
- Take accountability for, and proactively search for solutions around ‘difficult to fill’ roles.
About you

- Have experience of leading a team, responsible for high volume or specialist recruitment, with a focus on providing an exceptionally high quality end-to-end recruitment service.
- Are a capable, credible and flexible leader - with the ability to nurture, coach and develop teams.
- Have the ability to lead through influence.
- Are technology proficient with strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Technology.
- Are data driven, capable of using data to develop compelling narrative that helps to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Have excellent cross-functional working skills.
- Are highly organised and comfortable dealing with a high volume of work and delivering to deadlines.
- Are a self-starter with the confidence to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required.
- Have excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have a strong understanding of social media and recruitment attraction tools.
- Have experience in recognising and acts on opportunities to improve ways of working.
- Are able to challenge, where necessary, in a constructive, honest, optimistic way.
