Flexible hours.

12-18 hours a week

Over time available in busy periods

The nursery is open seven days a week 10am - 4pm. Working hours will be based around these opening times, occasionally a little earlier or a little later.

Must be able to work some weekends.

You must be positive, enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated. Whilst an interest or knowledge of gardening is helpful it is not required.

The Sales assistant is accountable for ensuring that all customer transactions and other activities in store are in line with and compliant with our company policies and procedures.

The sales assistant will help with the general day to day operations of the nursery, duties include:
Helping and advising/serving customers

Taking to customers to create sales and upsells

Maintain displays and general tidiness’

General horticultural work around the nursery including;
Weeding, growing, potting, sowing, trimming, pruning, labelling, watering, sweeping etc.

General work around the shop and counter including working the till and switch machine, and answering the phone
