This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies.

We have a role which has become available for a 6-month graduate internship (immediate start). The role will be within our Supply Chain team, supporting demand planning and forecasting. But will also work across, and gain knowledge of, all other supply chain functions.

This will cover all accounts and brands such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pledge, Kiwi, Raid, to meet customer service expectations internally and externally. This is measured in terms of forecast accuracy, on time delivery, stock on hand and case fill rate. Key to this is working across the supply chain team and a number of functions to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy professional winning team. You will have the opportunity not just to understand the supply chain function but have exposure to the other functions such as; sales, finance, customer fulfillment, marketing and category management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In this position you will have hands on experience working within our supply chain team. You will have exposure to the following key areas; Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Retailer Strategies, Logistics, Supply Planning and Customer Supply chains.
- Supporting Sales teams with data to deliver greater forecast accuracy.
- Working closely with other supply chain departments to understand end to end process for improved customer collaboration.
- Identifying projects and activities to improve or support supply chain or other departments, driving efficiency and optimization.
- Gathering, interpreting and sharing insights on customer activity, NPD and seasonal performance within the accounts.
- Supporting the account manager within the internal planning process with forecasting accuracy.
- Undergraduate degree. Business discipline preferred but not essential.
- We are looking for self-starter graduates who ideally will have done a placement in an FMCG business who have strong analytical skills.
- It’s important that you have strong communication skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the business in the UK.
- We want you to be proactive in your thinking, taking a real responsibility and ownership for your work by using your initiative to make decisions and be personally responsible for them.
