Prince Talent & Resourcing is currently recruiting a **Software Engineering Manager** on behalf of our client, who are within the AI/AR field, offering a salary of **up to £90,000 per annum** (depending on experience). This will suit you if you have **solid.Net**and**Azure**skills, experience of leading a small team OR you want the next step into a lead role. You will have full autonomy within the role and you will have the ability to build a team around you during growth
**Role**: Software Engineering Manager
**Salary**: up to £90,000 per annum (DOE)
**Location**: Fully remote
**Duration**: Permanent
As the Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Developers and running multiple projects within the organisation. You will be expected to come from a technical background so you are able to unblock the team and resolvedelivery issues effectively.
**What you'll need**:
- At least 5 years' commercial experience of development in the below technologies:
- .Net (.Net Core/.Net 6)
- Azure
- Experience of leading a small team OR the desire to step into a management position
- Ability to communicate effectively across the business including C suite - bridging the gap between SLT & Dev team
- Ability to lead and drive the delivery of projects
- DevOps experience (desirable)
- AR experience (desirable)
