Luxury Travel Consultant

An exciting position as arisen for an *Experienced *Travel Consultant to join our new agency in the affluent market town of Alresford, Hampshire as part of our experienced travel team. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping our customers plan their dream holidays. You’ll need fantastic communication skills as well as excellent customer service in-line with the standards and guidelines set to enhance the customer experience. You will need to build rapport and take ownership of the full customer journey. You will deliver sales and productivity goals and be a key member of our team. We will sell a range of travel products including land tours, cruise, beach, ski, city breaks as well as tailor-made trips. You should be able to deal with customer complaints and difficult situations appropriately. *Role of Travel Consultant* Handling both face to face, incoming and outgoing telephone calls, & web enquiries Selling holidays across a range of suppliers Tailor-making packages Offering exceptional customer service, expert advice and personal recommendations Working to and achieving company goals General administration duties Flexibility to work either full or part time between Monday-Saturday *We’re looking for:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a travel agent or similar role Confident & professional manner A real passion for delivering consistent and outstanding customer service Proven sales/customer service ability Tenacious and pro-active approach to team goals Excellent customer service skills A confident and fun personality Willingness to learn, challenge working practices and a commitment to personal development *The package:

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
