Kings Office Supplies are looking to appoint an enthusiastic & dynamic Sales Co-ordinator to join our team.

To ensure that the end-to-end sales process is carried out seamlessly, efficiently and to leading-class standard which will include pro-active sales activity, preparing quotations, writing proposals, preparing reports, including financial reports.

**MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS**:

- Building relationships with clients and acting alongside and in the absence of the Managing Director
- Liaising with new and existing customers and establish a relationship to anticipate and respond to their needs
- Generate new customers through direct calls and customer research
- Follow up on quotations with a view of converting to orders through negotiation and re activeness of feedback
- Processing quotations, orders and dealing with special enquiries using our back-office ticket system. Full training will be provided
- Up-keep of internal client database to ensure information is correctly detailed and updating where necessary to allow effective promotion activity
- Take part in online customer visits with clear objectives - Hold online meeting’s and discussions
- To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Manager Director
- Answering and transferring internal and external phone calls - taking accurate messages and passing them on in a timely way
- Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal and external colleagues and departments
- Any other duties of a similar level and nature as may be required by the business
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate management information

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED**

As the Sales Co-ordinator you will have, proven experience 2 years (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills essential, as you will be required to produce professional sales and programme documents/presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Well organised and responsible with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Present a positive, professional image of the company with all customers and suppliers
- A passion for offering great customer service
- To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these via our social medial platforms
- To encourage repeat business and to maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through occasional attendance at networking and promotional events
- To wear appropriate business attire at all times
- Excellent and effective working relationships with clients
