Interim Financial Reporting Manager

Cedar are supporting a highly acquisitive cyber security organisation based in London for a 3 month interim Financial Reporting Manager position. This role will be to support the team with the Financial year end reporting. The role is paying between £450- £600 a day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of group financial statements and statutory disclosures accounts under IFRS, with conversion from multiple GAAPs
- Liaise with Commercial Finance team to discuss movements in budget vs. actuals
- Mentor junior members of the team on process improvements
- Prepare statutory financial statements for UK and US entities to ensure compliance with all accounting standards
- Provide financial analysis to support Senior Finance Manager and wider business
- Support various process improvements that impact Management Accounting process
- Improve processes that support international expansion and acquisitions
- Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliation
- Support for the production of the subsidiaries statutory accounts
- Strong experience with US revenue recognition (ASC606)
- US GAAP
- Significant Group consolidation experience
- Strong financial reporting/statutory reporting experience
- Strong IFRS experience
- Advanced Excel
- Strong technical IFRS experience in preparing accounting memo's and preparing statutory accounts
- International/global business experience would be advantageous
- Strong systems experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced working environment
- Comfortable prioritising and hitting tight deadlines
- Self-starter attitude, driven to add value and Pragmatic
