**Responsibilities**:As a Fibre Build Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of fibre optic networks. Your primary duties will include:

- Supervising a team of fibre technicians and ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
- Planning and organizing fibre optic network installations, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
- Conducting site surveys and coordinating with stakeholders to identify project requirements.
- Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team on fibre optic network installation and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the team.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience as a Fibre Build Supervisor or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fibre optic network infrastructure and installation practices.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
