Robinson Grace HR are a growing Wiltshire based HR Consultancy working with clients to provide pragmatic HR support to small and medium organisations across the South West.

We’re looking for a part time HR Consultant to join our amazing team in Lydiard Millicent, working directly with clients (via phone, Zoom and face to face) to create and update documentation, answer HR queries, get involved in investigations, recruitment, long term absence cases, TUPE transfers and a whole lot more.

We are a small, collaborative team, working with a huge range of clients from schools, maufacturers, bakers, Doctors and hotels to add real value and solve HR problems.

You will be approachable, commercially focussed, someone who likes variety and demonstrates exceptional customer service, with some HR experience.

**Duties**:

- Working alongside fellow HR Consultants to deliver a seamless HR service to clients.
- Review and creation of contracts of employment and contract for services for clients.
- Project coordination for volume recruitment, TUPE transfers, school conversions and restructuring projects.
- Review and creation of bespoke HR policies and employee handbooks which require considerable attention to detail and proof reading.
- Working with our software to upload files, keep accurate client records and ensure client files are up to date.

- A willingness to learn and flexibility to take on new tasks.
- Excellent customer focus and attention to detail to ensure right first time communication with clients.
- An ability to work on your own initiative, problem solve and manage your own time effectively.
- The ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting and shifting priorities that come from a reactive workload.
- Confidentiality is key as you’ll be working with personal and confidential information.
- Someone who likes dogs as Chester and Harper are in the office most days keeping up morale and trying to distract us.
- Remote working is possible from time to time but we are looking for a regular presence in our bright and spacious office in Lydiard Millicent.
- CIPD Qualified.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

**Salary**: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
