Opportunity Summary: *

We have a vacancy within our Quality Inspection Department and are currently recruiting for the role an Quality Inspector.

Role Accountabilities: *

*
Ensure that Inspection tasks are carried out as defined by the Job Card narrative, work instruction or customer drawing
- Carry out 1st off, 100% visual and dimensional inspection, receipt inspection and CEO where required
- Ensure any non-conforming parts are sentenced in accordance with the non-conformance process and key information is provided by Shop Floor personnel
- Work as part of a team with colleagues to maximise factory efficiency
- Be involved and carry out gauge R & R activities when required.

Person Specification: *

Understanding of PCDIMIS operation (CMM)
- Apprentice trained but not essential
- Worked within an Aerospace/Automotive production environment for a number of years
- Proven track record on inspection techniques and understanding of geometric tolerance.
