**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assessing, deploying and maintaining a variety of system components.
- Helping develop Proof-of-Concepts for new system components.
- Providing IT systems support and advice to all colleagues, globally. We have teams in the UK, USA, Australia and elsewhere.
- Assisting in maintaining the business security certifications (e.g. Cyber Essentials plus).
- Undertaking professional development activities such as attending conferences and a variety of internal and external training.
- Have a highly proactive attitude to understanding and developing the IT needs of the business.
- Have previous experience in security principles.
- Have some experience in the Azure cloud hosting platform, Azure Active Directory, Azure user permission management (SSO) and InTune deployment of Applications.
- Have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Windows, MacOS and Linux devices.
- Have experience in supporting users IT needs day to day, in an approachable and friendly manner. Support will need to be tailored according to the colleague’s role and IT capabilities.
- Be interested and passionate about learning new things, taking things apart, and getting stuck into new problems and challenges,
- Have great communication skills.
