**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls - no cold calling.
- Treating customers fairly by offering them the best options to suit their financial situation.
- Demonstrating a helpful and professional attitude to every single call.
- Taking ownership and overcoming problems with positive solutions through honesty, integrity, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Being self-motivated to successfully achieve set targets and service levels.
- Being able to quickly and effectively multi-task, always maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Working alongside our lending partners to deliver a great customer experience.

**What we are looking for - The Best**
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience either telephone based, face to face or via digital channels
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong telephone and/or webchat skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Regulatory knowledge and understanding of finance products
- Professional approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to commute to Chesterfield S41 9PZ

We will ensure you are fully trained and able to work within our regulatory framework (FCA) but have the scope to speak freely to customers without constant scripting.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and very ambitious team in Evolution Funding.

A starting basic salary of circa £23k - £25k with an uncapped commission scheme - OTE of £30k - £35k upwards.

**Progression Opportunities**

Once you are successful at your role there is the opportunity to become a level 2 advisor which attracts a higher basic salary. Our benefits include 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), generous pension and life assurance 4 x salary

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
