**What does a Team Member do?**

Weighing up tea, running machinery, assembling packaging, boxing up stock, blending matcha and mastering Sticky Chai - these are just a few of the tasks you’ll complete daily. Full training will be given for this role but possessing the following traits will all be beneficial: efficiency, organisation, cleanliness & very high standards.

We are looking for team members to work 2-4 days (16-32 hours) a week. The department's operational hours are between 8am and 4.30pm, 6 days a week, at our Back Ops site “The Nest”. Working outside of ‘normal’ hours will be required as we expand our operating hours which is planned for July where we will see our operational hours extend to 8:30pm. Extensions from October may be possible and will be at the managers discretion.

**What are the responsibilities?**
- Creating our wide range of tea, matcha and sticky chai products to a high standard.
- To work to the set deadlines whilst maintaining our high quality expectations.
- Drinking TEA-licious cuppas.
- General assistance across the department, keeping everywhere clean, tidy and safe.
- Updating traceability records.
- A general understanding of Health & Safety food hygiene (full training provided).
