**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the work required.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all customer records are up to date.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
