**Job Details**:

- Graduate* Marketing & Operations Associate
- £30,000 - £35,000* Depending on experience
- Full time, permanent
- 10:30am - 19:00pm (Flexible working hours around these times)
- City of London - Fully office based

**Duties**:

- Have ownership of the strategy and delivery of company social media.
- Implements and maintains an inventory of all marketing content.
- Implements a framework to track engagement with marketing content and keeping it up to date.
- Creates and manages updates to web content.
- Work with colleagues to implement a testing programme for content marketing.
- Organises the introduction of new techniques within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally educated to degree* level or equivalent
- Have some previous experience within marketing
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Naturally organised and proactive individual who is keen to learn new skills
- Professional, creative, confident, bubbly, and personable
- Hard working, trustworthy, self-motived and a strong work ethic
