Parts Advisor

We are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our friendly team at our Nissan dealership in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

**Key Duties**
- Provide profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to both internal and external customers.
- Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention using sound selling techniques.
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, courteous, helpful and professional manner.
- Locate and issue parts to technicians including using our IVHC system.
- Qualify customers and accurately identify their requirements.
- Locate and document the sale of parts, accounting for any money received.
- Record accurate information using the dealership’s computer systems.

**Salary**: £23,700 - £30,000 OTE.

**Working Hours**: 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

**Who We’re Looking For**

Work experience:

- A minimum of one years’ experience within a similar role is reqUired.

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the Automotive industry is desirable.
- Knowledge of Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop is desirable.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Numeracy and literacy skills are essential.

Attitude and ability:

- A strong belief in providing excellent customer service is essential.
- The ability to sell additional products is essential.
