Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.**

**This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.**

**_This is full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). The service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM on a shift rota basis. Overtime may be required on occasion for events, out of these hours. _**

**Main responsibilities**
- Specialising in the overall client experience across all aspects of the ground floor
- Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all guests is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises
- Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards
- Being engaged and proactive, constantly seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment
