**Job Title**: Site Supervisor

**Location**: London, Greater London

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000 Annually

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage and lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, timesheets, and material usage.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including plumbing, gas, and air conditioning.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team and clients as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in a mechanical field (plumbing, gas, or air conditioning).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid certifications in plumbing, gas, or air conditioning.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Greater London.
